We'll start out with three of my favorite homemade party dips . First, a tasty roasted salsa recipe. If you love salsa and chips, you have to try this. Also, I'll show you an easy pico de gallo, that can be used to make a great guacamole. These are my favorite Mexican side dishes.

Next I'll show you a couple of stuffed pepper recipes. First, a traditional stuffed bell pepper recipe, and then I'll give you the fiery version, Chipotle Stuffed Peppers. These will both knock your socks off. And it is simple to adjust the heat to your taste.

For a traditional chile rellenos recipe you'll want to try this recipe for stuffed pepper. The recipe for picadillo stuffing that comes with this recipe is delcious and spicy! You'll love it.

One of the most simple comfort foods you can make is stew. I am going to make it even easier for you with a hot and spicy crock pot beef stew recipe. Just throw the ingredients in, let it simmer, and you have a great meal for a cold winter evening. And if you want to try chicken, check out this crock pot chicken recipe.

And, on any cold winter's day, nothing warms you up quite like a nice hot chocolate. This hot drink recipe has ground chile peppers and cinnamon, and a little whiskey for an added kick!

Being from Texas, I feel obliged to offer you my favorite chili recipes . There are several for you to look at including my favorite cincinnati skyline chili, unique hot dog suggestions, and even how to make your own frito pie! Of course all my recipes include chile peppers of some sort.
