Low Carb Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Davinci Syrup, any flavor
1/2 cup plain full-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
6 ice cubes

Directions:
Blend all ingredients EXCEPT the ice in your blender until smooth. Then add the ice and blend. It makes a sinful "smoothie".

Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Splenda packets
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1/4 cup water
5 ice cubes

Directions:
Blend in blender until ice is integrated into mixture. Serve.
