Low Carb Coriander Pepper Chops

Ingredients:
4 pork chops,1 inch thick
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Twin
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing bag; seal bag and marinate for 30 minutes. Prepare medium-hot coal bed. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade, and grill chops over direct heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.

Low Carb Spicy Pork Seasoning

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons orange rind
1 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. To use, sprinkle over pork and refrigerate 30 minutes before cooking.
