Low Carb Denver Dip

Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces blue cheese
3 tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing
3 green olives with pimento
3 green onions, diced
Black pepper
Garlic powder

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Serve on celery or crackers.

Low Carb Spicy Peanut Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
1/4 cup no sugar added peanut butter
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Directions:
Blend the peanut butter and yogurt together, mixing until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups dip.
