Since 1991, Blair's gourmet hot sauces have been a leader in the industry. Beginning with one of the hottest chile pepper sauces on the planet, Death Sauce has made his name synonymous with heat.

After the success of his Death Sauce, Blair set off to develop a line of products to suit the taste of any chilehead. Now his line includes 8 sauces, not including his most sought after, and really inedible ...am Reserve sauces. The hottest of which, 5am Reserve sauce weighs in at over 6 million scoville units, OUCH!

Caldera...The Ultimate!

This is the end of the line for Reserve sauces. Blair has created the ultimate chile pepper sauce. This one foot tall tower comes packed with 16 million scoville units. Production was limited to only 499 bottles. The ingredients list states that this sauce includes "very rare oils...sensitive and must be protected from sunlight, temperature changes as well as temperatures over 86 degrees."
