Beef Recipes
With Chef Jay Flair!

Being a Texan, beef recipes naturally make up a large portion of my recipe library.

There is no limit to the number of ways to cook beef with peppers, my two favorite things! I'm going to show you some of my favorites here, but believe me, there are hundreds more where these come from.

As much as I love to cook outside on the grill, this grilled steak recipe has become one of my favorite beef recipes. The secret is in the chipotle marinade. It lends a deep smoky flavor to any cut of beef.

While we're in the grillin' mood, here are a couple of my favorite barbecue rib recipes. You'll love these, and if you want more ideas for the grill, check out my free cookbook...Grillin With Heat!

Texas is famous for our chili, so I am going to treat you to some of my favorite chili recipes. I love chili with hot dogs, fritos, pasta or just in a bowl with peppers and onions. Try them all and you be the judge. You'll love all these variations on a traditional beef recipe.

For a spicy italian treat, try this italian meatball recipe. Straight from the "old" country, you are sure to like this one.

Next, if you like stuffed bell peppers and need some great recipes to share with your family and friends, try these traditional style stuffed pepper recipes. Or, if you want to try your hand at chile rellenos, try this authentic mexican recipe for stuffed pepper . Or, if you prefer, try a vegetarian stuffed pepper recipe. Either way, you can't go wrong.

If you like to use a slow cooker, you'll want to try these beef recipes. I'll show you a crock pot beef stew recipe that is incredible. I'll also show you my favorite recipes for Roast Beef and Slow Cooker Pepper Steak if you are looking for an easy recipe for crock pot cooking.

This should keep you busy for awhile, I'll be adding more in the future so check back often. And join my newsletter to receive monthly recipes and updates.
