Hot and Spicy Barbecue Recipes!
Barbecue recipes come in all shapes and sizes, or in this case, flavors. But, if you want some different ways to bring the heat to your next cookout, look no further.
There are as many different ways to cook barbecue as there are chefs who love to sweat over a grill. Of course, all of my favorite barbecue recipes include some sort of heat.
To start off, I'll show you my favorite barbecue rub recipe
. The rub is applied to meat just before cooking to add flavor, or can be added up to 24 hours ahead of time to act as a dry marinade.
Barbecue sauce is added to the meat when the cooking is almost complete. It forms a tasty glaze to compliment the flavor of the meat in many barbecue recipes. I'll show you how to combine my hot sauce with a barbecue sauce recipe to add some heat along with the extra flavor.
When many people think of barbecue recipes and barbecue sauce, the first thing that comes to mind is a big rack of ribs slathered in barbecue sauce. And then the next thing that comes to mind is that same barbecue sauce all over your face and fingers. Can't you just taste the smoky flavor? Mmmm...I can!
I'm going to show you an easy barbecue rib recipe
and how to marinate it with both a dry rub and with a delicious sauce recipe. It is your job to experiment with the taste and tailor this recipe exactly the way you like it.
Next, I'm going to show you a few barbecue chicken recipes. One of which is new to me, a barbecue chicken pizza recipe! Yep, I tried it for the first time after prompting from some readers, and was quite surprised. Of course you can add whatever ingredients you like and make it your own specialty pizza.
For those times when you are grilling out and are just tired of the same old chicken and beef barbecue recipes, I've got a few barbecue pork recipes for you. One, is a sliced pork and chile peppers sandwich for those lazy summer afternoons. The other, a delicious pork tenderloin for those times when you are entertaining and want to impress the guests.
