Here in the United States, Thursday was Thanksgiving, a national holiday. On Thanksgiving we eat lots of food, spend the day with family, and give thanks for everything we have.
Turkey is the most popular dish served at almost every household. If you're anything like me, you always have lots of leftover turkey.
If you haven't visited the "Holiday Recipes" section of my site, now is the time! There are a bunch of hot and spicy versions of traditional holiday recipes. You will love them.
